How It Works
- Apply – a short form (goals, training history, how and where you train, anything health-related). Takes ~5 minutes, no call needed. (Prefer to talk first? Check the box in the application and I’ll send you a link.)
- I review every application personally – usually within 48 hours. I’ll confirm the tier that actually fits you (no upsell pressure). You’ll hear back either way.
- You enroll – I send you the Everfit package payment page for your tier. You’re billed monthly with a 12-week (3-month) minimum, then it’s month-to-month. Cancel anytime after week 12.
- Prefer to pay upfront? Prepay 3 months for 10% off or 6 months for 15% off.
- You’re set up in the app (Everfit) – some quick onboarding forms, then your custom program lands in 3-5 business days.
- Optional kickoff call – if you’d like to talk through your program to start, book one. Otherwise we will go straight to work.
No required calls, ever. Everything runs through messaging and feedback on the form videos you send, on your own schedule, so you’re never booking time around me. A call is always optional if you want one, including the check-in calls available on the Performance and Elite tiers.

Nutrition coaching here is education and guidance. How to hit your protein, structure your meals, and make vegan eating work for your goals. It is not a prescriptive meal plan or medical nutrition therapy, and doesn’t replace your doctor or registered dietitian.
