No. While I primarily coach vegans, I also work with people who are transitioning to a vegan diet or exploring a more plant-based approach. All nutrition coaching I provide is based exclusively on vegan-friendly foods and supplements, so I do not recommend animal products or animal-based protein sources. If your goal is to perform well on a vegan diet, I can help you do that.

Not at all! Even if you are a total newcomer to fitness and nutrition, I can help you understand what actually makes a difference and where to begin.

I do not provide meal plans. Most people don’t stick to them and they can cause frustration when you aren’t able to follow the plan exactly. Instead, in packages including nutrition coaching, I provide personalized ongoing guidance on calories and macros, how to hit your protein target, and how to hit your goals while still eating in a way that you enjoy and look forward to.

You will also have access to the high protein vegan recipe creator Protein Deficient Vegan inside of our discord server for any specific recipe questions or advice.

You can upgrade your coaching plan at any time, and the difference will be prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades can be made for the next billing cycle or after your current prepaid commitment ends. Plan changes do not reset the 3-month minimum commitment.
